When configured in softphone mode, Navigate Pro normally connects to your Public IP address on port 5000 that is forwarded to the SpliceCom phone system gateway.
When configured in Partner mode, Navigate Pro normally connects to the Public IP address on port 4018 that is forwared to the SpliceCom phone system.
However, when in the office on the office network this forwarding may not work - you then need to use the Internal IP address of the SpliceCom phone system gateway or SpliceCom phone system.
So your users don't need to keep changing the IP address in their app, you need to make a couple of new DNS records:
In your public DNS record set splicecom.<YourDomainName> to point to your Public IP address
On your internal DNS server set splicecom.<YourDomainName> to point to the Internal IP address of the SpliceCom phone system gateway / SpliceCom phone system.
Your users then enter splicecom.<YourDomainName> into the "Address" or "Gateway" setting in Navigate Pro app
If your computers are locked down then you may need to tweak some Registry settings. Navigate Pro needs the user to have read and write accesses to some Registry folders, in particular:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Splicecom
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Splicecom
To allow Navigate Pro to auto-startup it needs access to NavigateSfbAutoStartupWithoutSfb in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows
