Incident fee: £100 if you don't have a Support Contract

6:00am to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm time and a half
10:00 pm to 6:00 am double time
Saturday
midnight to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to midnight double time
9:00 am to 6:00 pm time and a half
Sunday and bank holidays including the "normal" days between Christmas and New Year
midnight to 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to midnight double time and a half
9:00 am to 6:00 pm double time
