CTi provide training on the telecommunications and data communications equipment we supply, Internet and general PC use.

Basic training is included on the day of installation: We will train groups of half a dozen on transferring calls, receiving calls, voicemail and software use. The training is held in the afternoon and normally lasts 20 – 30 minutes per group as by that time users are generally suffering from information overload.

Training is catered to your specific needs and is held at your company offices.
