CRM Integration

CRM integration allows your phone system to further integrate with your business by being able to connect to your business’s database, providing employees with the information they need before they answer the phone and can dial contacts stored in your database directly from it. There is no need to keep multiple contact directories as contacts can be centrally stored, therefore improving effieciency.
The Avaya and SpliceCom systems support ACT!, Goldmine and Sage out of the box as well as integration with Outlook. The 3CX system only supports integration with Outlook.

Outlook Integration

If you use Outlook to store contacts, you can call your contacts directly from there. We can also set up contact synchronising between Outlook and your mobile phone, which is included in our Cheap/Free Office Setup solution.
