Network Alchemy

As of the end of September 2002 Avaya ceased manufacture of the Network Alchemy equipment as they would prefer people to buy the IP Office. The IP Office, at first glance, is just Network Alchemy in a white box, but, in fact, has some significant software enhancements.

But for those with a more limited bugdet CTi are continuing to supply and maintain Alchemy equipment and we are also happy to take over maintenance on existing Alchemy and IP Office systems.

ArgentBranch

For the medium to large sized company, the ArgentBranch integrates LAN and telephony communications in one scalable solution using ISDN connections. It is included multi part conference & with Voicemail Pro the option to record calls.

The ArgentBranch connects to ISDN30e for 8 to 60 64Kbs channels of communication. Once installed you can easily increase the number of channels.

The ArgentBranch presents analogue extensions through stackable POTS (perfectly ordinary telephones) units in 8, 16 and 30 increments - atleast one is required. Each ArgentBranch can support up to one hundred and eighty extensions.

ArgentOffice

For the small to medium sized company, the ArgentOffice integrates LAN and telephony communications in one scalable solution using ISDN connections.

The ArgentOffice connects to ISDN2e supporting 2 to 8 64Kbs channels to make calls, or ISDN30e if 8 or more channels are required.

The ArgentOffice presents analogue extensions through stackable POTS (plain ordinary telephones) units in 8, 16 and 30 increments - atleast one is required. Each ArgentOffice can support up to one hundred and eighty extensions.

The Argent CyberGear Gold connects to one ISDN2e supporting two 64Kbs channels.

An Argent CyberGear Gold can support up to six extensions, presented on the unit. The CyberGear Gold act as a router by connecting to your PCs through a hub / switch.
