CTi provide remote support on all installed equipment and software that includes:
- Help Desk M - F 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Remote configuration
- Remote software upgrades
- Replacement unit for failed hardware whilst yours is in repair: a pre-10am next day delivery or a one-off £60/hr fee for same day response.
CTi are accredited to the highest level to support your system and attend manufacturer training courses to ensure we are fully up-to-date with the latest developments.
