IP Office Voicemail

The standard Free VoiceMail Software included with the Network Alchemy Products will play your customised greeting to callers and record messages into a User’s or group’s mailbox.

Each user has a personal greeting message, this can be changed at will via any telephone.
Messages can be retrieved from any telephone, e.g. your mobile, they are / can be protected by a 1 to 8 digit PIN or "Voicemail Code".
There is no set limit to the number of system users who can have Voicemail facilities, e.g. it not necessary to have a physical extension allocated to you, so even if you have only 32 extensions you can still have 300 Voicemail Users.
The system is designed to be easy to use by both experienced and inexperienced users. There is no need to learn, or use, any special codes. Messages are automatically played back in time order followed by deposit time and CLI information. Messages are stored forever until listened too, then deleted after 24 hours unless "Saved".
Voicemail messages can be forwarded to email, on an individual basis or systematically.
SMS/mobile text message notification of voicemail*
Voicemail messages can be retrieved from for e.g. your mobile telephone by dialling the Voicemail Server, which can recognise your CLI, thus no further keying is required, just listen and clear the call when done.
When entering a Users mailbox to deposit a message you can optionally dial zero to be routed to an alternative number and perhaps speak to a human, rather than continue and leave a Voicemail message (or both).
Provides recordings / messages for callers queuing on system. This is used with the User / Hunt Group "Queuing On" option. The greeting can be set to continuously loop.
Multi-site Voicemail - a single Voicemail server can handle Voicemail on behalf of multiple, remote IP Office platforms
Voicemail Email - deleting a Voicemail message will remove the relevant email notification and visa versa
Caller Re-record: caller can press 1 to re-record the message if required
Voicemail Help

The VoiceMail application requires a PC running Windows 95 or above. Messages are limited to 60 seconds (system default) and require 1MB of hard disk space per minute. The number of messages that can be stored is only limited by the PC hard disk size.
