Services - Installation
CTi provide a full installation of all equipment supplied. All our staff are cross-skilled and trained in voice and data, so we are able to install Phone Systems and make network configuration changes when required. Installation involves pre-configuration, onsite installation and testing of all equipment. Additionally, we provide basic training on the system installed so clients are able to use the system upon completion.
Standard Phone System installation includes: Liase with BT for ISDN installation Configure Phone System according to client specifications Install Phone System Distribute & install new phones Check all extensions ring in the right locations Install Server Software (i.e. VPOP, VoiceMail and/or Fax) Fit network card in PC* Install and (re)configure TCP/IP software on PC / MAC* Install Phone Manager software on PC* Install and (re)configure mail clients on PC / MAC* |

Configure Internet connections on PC / MAC* to use the Router
Laptops* – configure to work support ‘on network’ / ‘off network’ connectivity
Onsite Basic Training including: receiving & transferring calls using the telephone and using the onscreen software and use of voicemail as an individual and as a group member.
* Please note up to 3 machines are included in the installation – additional PCs / MACs can be installed at a per machine or per hour basis.
