CTi install and configure a software Email Server that is perfect for any size of business. VPOP3 is sold on a per license basis from 10 users to 5000, and costs a fraction of the price of other popular email servers supplied by computer vendors.
Everybody can send and receive email from their own computer without the need of a modem or going directly onto the Internet. Each computer sends its messages to the Mail Server, the Mail Server distributes them internally and relays messages to / from the Internet at pre-determined times. The Email Server software is installed on a Windows ’95 PC or above or the CTi Server and requires a network.

CTi also provide an Email virus-scanning solution in conjunction with VPOP3. This solution protects the local area network from known viruses. VPOP3 is programmed to scan incoming emails for viruses, quarantine them if received and notify the relevant person(s) of receipt. The solution uses Norton’s AntiVirus software, and is programmed to automatically update with the latest virus detection.
