Overview

All of our telephone systems are suitable for businesses and organisations that are in a multi-site or remote environment, be it a campus environment, or have individual locations in geographically different locations, be that throughout the UK or Worldwide. You will be able to see the status of the people in the remote locations and make calls to them free, simply by dialling their internal extension number.
You can have remote workers in offices or working from home and they will still be able to enjoy the benefits of the phone system as if they were in your central office.

Our Call Centre solution will also work in these types of scenario and you can include people from all of your offices in your departments and still be able to check their performance through the wallboards and reporting options.

Telephone Systems

The amount of features and functionality you would like will dictate the most suitable phone system for your requirements.

Draytek

The Draytek phone system only has the ability to make calls between sites. Voicemail and configuration of the systems are local only and it doesn't have the ability for line fall-back, so you can't make calls out from site A over the lines at site B.

Draytek BX2000 IPPBX

3CX

The 3CX system is a bit more advanced and has built-in capabilities for linking between sites, particularly suited to locations where the system is behind exisiting firewalls/routers. Like the Draytek, the configuration of the systems and voicemail are local only.

3CX Phone System

Avaya

Avaya is one of our more advanced systems. You can have centralised voicemail, numerous fail-over options and be able to make calls out from Site A over Site B's lines. Management of the systems is local only.

SpliceCom

SpliceCom is one of our more advaced systems, offering more centralised voicemail and management as well as fail-over and the ability to make calls out from Site A over Site B's lines.
The SpliceCom system also has the advantage of being able to put a CallServer or phone module wherever you need phones, rather than having everything in a central location. This makes it ideal for campus environments and for organisations with offices in geographically different locations, be that in the UK, or Worldwide.

SpliceCom's Call Centre options gives you all the makings for one of the most advanced call centre systems available on the market today.

Linking Sites

All your sites will need to be linked, either via a physical connection or VPN across the internet. We can supply routers that support multiple internet connections and VPNs between your sites, both standard and load-balanced. We can also set you up with our ISP so that you can see what is happening on your internet connections via routers which is of particular use when trying to identify problems with the internet connection and poor speech quality between sites.
